PuzzledBrain_ BRs recording only plays back to 2nd event at which point it misses the qualifying score and the games ends: 6pts. < I'm guessing its desynced as advertised score = 42 pts

On another note, could someone check my recording for this game. I remember I had to record it like 6-7 times before I got a recording that played back OK for myself but it hasn't been confirmed yet.

Same for me :
PuzzleBrain won 100m with time=9"55, then failed twice when dragging the monster ...

I'm afraid it's the same problem than with numanath (an old war between me and TJT) : -fs 0 sometimes works, but not often.
Machbrkr is also known as Numan Athletics II

I will check your's tomorrow, Caseh

Good news : Caseh's input playbacks ok to 33 as claimed.
Frameskip 0 is maybe the key.
I gonna mention that in the special rules

INP error...

Ops, so it didn't work...

I played until Day 3, losing only in Monster Hole...

But the INP Record is strange, sometimes works, sometimes I lose in diferent events...

The question is: what I have to do to fix this ???

Record with "Frameskip 0".
If you use the command line version, just add "-noafs" to your commandline.
I made several tries, seems to work everytime.
If not, you can also add "-nosound"

I must add that once more, scoring in the game is stupid.
I already got 6 points on first event with 11"80, and only 3 points running in 10"10.
Maybe later we could build a scoring made on performances (like in numanath) ?
If not, 2nd try on several events is totally useless

If you are using mameip103.exe(commandline) try -noafs(no autoframeskip) option.
At mame32ip103(frontend): options-default game options-display-uncheck frameskip "automatic" and leave it at "draw every frame"
(if the game plays too slow then, change it to "5 out of 12" -anything but not auto)
-This changes default settings for all games. If you want to change properties for only one game, click the gamename with right mouse button and select properties etc...

Some games are very hard to get playbacking properly, luckily only few. Fixed frameskip often helps. Sometimes disabling sound. You should allways try to playback recordings yourself to see if they work.

Remember that autofire or RLH-cheat is not allowed.

Okay! I recheck PB's machbrkr replay on W98. It does works on W99 cmd line and I'm not quite sure what wrong with W98 GUI! Probably is M.63 bug somewhere.

Sorry PB! I thought it wasn't working correctly after few tries while talking to Phil. So go ahead beat your record, again!

Phil's machbrkr replay works on W103.

Later,
