this one i think is a clear case of not playing back the recording before uploading, cause the playback is way broke for propcycl. It appears this game has a problem like pre-mame37b15 sega games had, where the inp file info is ignored when trying to play it back. The credits are entered when you playback the recording but after that it's like you are just playing the game again (they controls allow you to "play" the game and not watch it being played.)
