It's no wonder no one's uploaded for this game yet...

All I got was this when attempting to submit a score:

there is no entry in the table for s1945iii
not even an empty one
that shouldn't happen
Error updating high score table? - upload aborted

J/K. Actually surprised you got Strikers '99 to run at full speed.

Yeah, it's not too bad at 950MHz, but some stages are certainly slower than others. It's mostly 100% speed, with the odd bit down to ~90%. And that's with sound on too.
