Without NVRAM he doesn't even insert a coin. With NVRAM he loses both rounds of the first match.

First, the fact that it doesn't insert a coin if you don't use NVRAM tells me that it does indeed require NVRAM. Secondly, 0.59 is probably not the best version to use for this game. 0.60 and up would be much better.

playsback partially with nvram, doesn't enter credit without. i'll assume i'm the third, zeroed.
