I think we should allow continue on this game (and probably others I don't know about) scoring points the way we do for soccer games (100*games won +[goal difference]), what d'you think?

I vote yes, but for scoring we should use the "$ earns" scoring used by the game (which is directly calculated with points for/points against and level of your opponent - I'll give you the formula later)

For info, I re-found the formula which calculates dollars earned in the game :
Win on match N = (pts difference)x3000xN
Multiply by 10 for N>9
And replace 3000 by 5000 for a win by 7-0
