Out run in Olympiads

I don´t want have a fight with words with some persons. But I want understand. Why QRS use win36 emu and not m36b2?? Because in rules list tell the players need to use this emu... Is just a question, I don´t troubles, ok?

Rafael:I use mame 32-036 Final, cause Gameboy allowed me to use that
version for Outrun. For me the steering issue works best in that
version. I talked with Gb9 about it and it was ok for the qualify-
rounds, and I think it´s ok now too.

NOTE:This is for Outrun only, and Gb9 allowed it for this game and it
has nothing to do with other games, co ordinators etc. I just want to
make that clear :=)
