Try beating my Rastan scores without turning a 35 minute game into a 70 minute game. What you are doing is lame. It requires no skill whatsoever. 35 minutes of leeching. Jeez. What's next? Spend 24 hours leeching?

Cheers,
Ben Jos.

There's a big, big difference between leeching in Rygar and leeching
in Rastan Saga.

In Rygar, the player is at risk when the Big Scary Face of Crap comes
out. If you don't jump/duck it successfully, you die. One hit is death
in that game, remember. Not to mention that dying can make things hard
once you lose all the Powers, especially on higher levels. After a
dozen or so times of evading the face, it gets incredibly fast and
thus becomes nearly impossible to dodge. "Leeching" does require some
skill in that game.

I'm not a Rastan Saga expert, but it's to my understanding that if you
hang around long enough, only two bats come out to attack you, which
is considerably less where more "punishment bats" attacks on the other
romsets. There is not much risk involved there, just keep swinging
away and killing enemies. That's why leeching in that game is very
lame.

You have recordings up for Rygar, you should know that leeching in
Rygar and Rastan Saga is very different.

Not to mention the fact that (1) Rygar has a time limit (I think, at
least, but *I* am no Rygar expert). (2) Every now and then in Rastan,
the enemies you kill will leave behind health potions. So if you're
just a bit careful, you can afford getting hit a few times, and still
do it forever.
