Anyone get Takuma Sakazaki's Kof98 inp working???

I've tried everything: deleting kof98 cfg and nv prior to running, trying sound and no sound, and I am using mame36 final! Any help would be enormously appreciated!!

marp is down currently, but if the score was "orange" someone did get
it to playback. If the score was "green"=uncomfirmed, then someone
hadnt managed too. Sometimes you have to not use throttling (F10) or
use frameskip=0 or using special OPL sound parameters when playing
back with sound. when marp comes back up i'll check it...
