how do people feel about moving this board?

I'm often frusrated with this message board. I like to use email rather than a web-based interface. I like the way that I can watch the board from my email, but when I want to post a message I have to use a web browser.

How would people feel about moving the board to http://www.egroups.com, or some such place? egroups allows you to post and read using both browers and mail clients, and also has a 'file area' where board users can upload files. It also offers you the choice of receiving a daily digest of all the board's messages, receiving individual messages, or receiving no email and just using the web browser to read the board.

I've set up a 'marp' board here so you can see what you think if you're not familiar with egroups.

I know some people have suggested that we use the same board software that some of the other retrogames.com sites use, but does that allow people to use email to take part?
