Well, I'm reading the guide at tips.emuviews.com on Rally-X, and it says "Try to collect the special flag first. Its position on the playfield is denoted on the radar scanner by a flashing yellow dot.
". Well, for the life of me, I can not see a flashing yellow dot other than my car. Is there something wrong with my ROM, or is this an issue that's been around for quite some time?

The special flag is found with a flashing dot in NEW Rally-X, not the
original Rally-X in the tournament. The special flag is hidden in
Rally-X. In NEW Rally-X, there's a luck flag that's hidden which
gives you a bonus. GB9
