Tourney 4 - Now that MAME 36 FINAL is out... situation is as

welp... we now have MAME 36 FINAL out.

As it stands, if we started tourney 4 now, we'd be playing MAME 35 TG 3 for the obvious reason that we have to detect slow computers.
<p>
But the situation is this: If a MAME 36 TG comes out by April 31st, the day before tourney 4 starts, then we'll play that version. If not - then unfortunatly we'll have to play MAME 35 TG - again - we have to catch slow computers.
<p>
Now of course, there is an exception - if you want to play MAME 36 FINAL without waiting for a TG version to come out........

but I think I'm extremely doubting that it will occur - but I'm giving you the opportunity anyway.
