I downloaded the marp version and it is broken,
I then downloaded another version from somewhere else, I made a recording with ghouls'n'ghosts and now every time I use The TG version the screen goes black and crashes my system???

I have never had any problems with mame before...

I really think this should be looked into, i'm sure a lot of people want to enter tourney 3 but are being put off with similar problems..

Maybe it's just me, but this TG version of mame seems to be very unstable!

I also can't get Gauntlet II to stay at 700 health. Even when it
shows 700 in service mode, the game still starts with 750.

Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried deleting the config file.
I've tried starting the game normally, changing the settings,
exiting, then recording. Nothing seems to work.

I can't get it at 700 health either in Gauntlet II, we might go to
750 health which was the default. Can't talk much right now... I'll
expand later.

I was in class... that's why I couldn't talk - now I'll expand.

Mark was going to try to redo the gauntlet driver so you can change
the settings. Burning rubber needs that help as well, and so does
lady bug. For now... you'll have to change the settings, hit the
reset key(F3 by default), and it'll work.

The waste 50 health at the beginning and then move on sounds OK to me
for gauntlet ii until a. we get a new driver, or b. we decide to do
something about that...
