Tourney 3 - Games voting page updated!

I updated my games voting page - this shows what games have been wanted in the tournament. If you have gaps, either the games you picked were voted by somebody else or they were a MAME 36 game. You'll need to revote on the board.<p>
If you have voted and it's not listed on the page, PLEASE let me know. Thanks

Oh yeah... I also REALLY uploaded the new rules - I implemented Donut's suggestion - where you have to have a valid email addy so judges can reach you.
