Here we go for you html buffs out there.
I want to auto-create a new window when opening page a with content of page b on the new window, but keeping window a and it's material on the other window. This is to be done automatically, not after someone clicks on something.

Now, the hard part. This is to be done without using java or javascript. If anyone has an answer on how to do it, I'd love to hear it!

Without java, javascript, or any piece of server side code, as far as
I know, I'm afraid it's impossible.
It is like opening 2 word documents at the same time, without a
macro....can you !?!
