Tourney 2 - Statistician Added

Well I think it would be a bad idea not to have Cicca on my side as the new Tourney Statistician... so I have added him to our tournament staff. He will be operating the statistics page I used to run on my page, probably on the SMARP page... probably throw in some kewl graphs too
