Tourney 2 - Miscellaneous issues

I know... three threads... but I have a reason to separate these things.

First, as I've mentioned at the games voting thread, Pat Laffaye is taking Judge Coordination once again, thanks Pat!
<p>
Another thing... I would like to suggest advertising to emulation sites to get the maximum amount of players possible... and as the old saying goes: "More players, more fun!"

Anything else miscellaneous we should talk about?
