I can get it to playback, but only if I do it with speed throttling turned off:

note though, it's 52630 (the inp is named correctly in the zip file, but it got submitted with a 1 as the last digit for some reason...I don't think you can get anything but a 0 in that digit anyway)

Sounds like a re-submit by the player. Edited and confirmed.
I got it to 521xx something without throttle.
