De-syncs at the start of round 10 - about 1.6M. Achieves 1607150 consistently with sound (almost nothing without sound).

I concur, probably need a 3rd person to verify the played back score and change the score .

It desyncs for me on level 2, not level 10, even with sound. Seems this game is very problematic for playing back reliably, at least on these early versions of Mame.
