Inserts a couple of credits & fails to start the game. BR already commented w/r/t NVRAM.

verified this is nvram deletion forgetfulness. Sorry innuendo, must remove 20pacgal.nv file before recording. I can get it to playback consistently to 2,850 if i keep copying the same default nvram over mame/nvram/20pacgal.nv before playback :)
