Inserts a couple of credits & doesn't start the game. BR already commented w/r/t NVRAM.

this is almost clearly nvram, if you stop the 20pacgal emulation you get a different nvram file every time, so after you attempt a playback the playback goes out of sync at a different position everytime.

Zeroing due to nvram infringement.
