DV's GNG recording of 2575800

How do you playback DV's GNG recording of 2575800? I've tried mame74 and wolfmame74, mame106, and all fail to playback and gameplay starts with a flipped screen. It has been confirmed though - so some people must be able to playback ok.

Plays back ok for me when I downloaded wolfmameplus74 using the link below his INP link. I didn't play the entire INP, but let it go thru an entire cycle to the last boss, then it starts back at the 1st screen again.
