recordings only work if they work, this one doesn't, yet. you should test your recordings before uploading is the moral of the story. I thought it might be if you deleted the BAD DUMPS from the rom but mame doesn't let you play it back if it's gone, maybe if your bad dump roms are bad, but in that case all recordings probably wouldn't work and some do.
