Please tell me how he got this score of 1,800 .. When your lucky to get 50 points... You only get 1 ship and game is over.

i got a 100 point saucer
if you count shots , a 300 point flying saucer is possible
kernzy gets a score of 70 or 80

i can't watch anyone's inp's. does that make 3? ha!!
as far as i know, that score is impossible. if it plays to 20, that's his score.

The input continues after that and if you use the -iv 1 option on playback you can see additional joystick and firing input after the game ends, but it doesn't do anything.

So Chad and I both only get a playback to 20 points. I can't tell from tar's post what score he got when watching the replay, so I'm not sure if we have 3 people who've confirmed it doesn't playback. As near as I can tell kernzy and simpsons99 aren't able to playback any replays.

we both pretty much posted around the same time frame. I don'nt know why he posted where he did.. But i had found his post.


I even tryed this game in Wolf147 to see if it was fixed... Nope No way!

it is a bogus score.
the game is broken.
he gets 20 points.

it wasn't edited till today since today was when the actual third person (George, who can playback recordings) can't playback this to beyond 20.

EDIT**** oh but maybe it should'nt have been i didn't see that simpsons was one of the three, who can't actually confirm that this recording is broken he just didn't think the score was possible. So technically it's still not edited, until a 3rd person can confirm 20.

as far as i am aware so far, there are at least 10 confirmers. how comes they are not looking at this inp? it will only last about 1 minute to watch.
this is the reason they actually exist, and here we all are talking pointlessly about it. can't someone just send one of them the inp to watch?

Chad, we had three confirm playback to 20 points: you, me, and tar, so you were correct to adjust the score. Tar reported a playback to 20 points on the thread viewtopic.php?f=9&t=15078&p=56495#p56495.

Since this romset is just broken in MAME now, it should really be archived anyway to help stop wasting the time of confirmers by leaderboard chasers.
