i got to 119800 with two caveats... using 139 and throttling, cuz i was so sick of this slow-ass game. suppose that doesn't count for much. will try and take a more serious look later

I do not understand ... I focused on my game and after the bonus 119,800 points is no longer I play, I did those two deaths to 119,800.
When I reviewed the game last time I was not killed in that round and I finished 4 more rounds before ending at 192,500.
I apologize for the problem, try again to record another inp with the new wolfmame 139 instead of 138.
It may be possible that the damaged zip file?
Thanks for your control.

thanks for checking this and confirming it! It is probably most likely an inp bug in mame. the zip corruption we could detect by crc. Another version is worth a try either higher or lower, but understand the bug may not have been fixed and we might still see it. Most definitely, make sure "frameskip" is set to 0, but i think you already know this. good luck!

I made another batch.

I used the last 139 wolfmame with this commandline:
mame.exe wownfant.zip -record wownfant.inp -frameskip 0

I then checked the replay on two different PCs running Windows XP with this commandline:
mame.exe wownfant.zip -playback wownfant.inp

The end result is 286.100 and the inp time is 24:46:51

These scores of deaths during the game:
14.900 - 54.100 - 65.200 - 213.400 - 213.500 - 255.600 - 266.000 - 286.100

I hope that this time you will be able to validate it.
Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

wow, we have a winner, plays back fine! i don't think mame fixed anything in 139 but at least it worked that time.

Thanks for confirmation.
I'm sorry I made you lose time with the previous INP.
I'm glad that now is ok.
