Thank you, Jinkot!! :)

And thanks to Ghemant, about the way to do the 96.0 pts on stage 3. Was a nice challenge! Maybe I´ll keep playing Golden Axe on this way.

Anyone know how this guy got the idea of comboing spells for a multiplier?

I don't know where that particular guy got the idea, but it's certainly possible he learned it at MARP. It was discussed on the MARP forums in 2006 in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=12986. Other details on how Golden Axe scoring work were posted by some Japanese members in some other old MARP forum threads. I suspect all of the details on the scoring are pretty common knowledge in the Japanese gaming community.

MJSTY's Golden Axe replays on MARP from 2005 take advantage of this trick too. And I strongly suspect GEMANT has known about the trick for a long time.

MJS and GEMANT, how did you guys originally learn this trick?

The same for me. I learned from zfz in 2002. Then, in 2005 I writed a big guide with videos on AIVA site (on the net from 2005~2007) about this game. I think that Videogame Knowledge have copied from marp forum or from my guide all these informations.

Now, new informations about Golden Axe are unpublished and I have writed on my new book (under costructions 75%) for this game [with my new strategies, in a perfect play, is possible perform 629.5 pts with double K.O. only, and without triple K.O.)
