http://marp.retrogames.com/inp/6/9/5/41 ... olf104.zip
i have had file corruption issues w/wolf 106 execution , so i reinstalled it to no avail also cannot replay 41a's other galaxian uploads
the .inp names are Bold type
caps lock
so i renamed them w/small letters
still nothing

i am working on Lazarian again and am able to playback that one for myself
also i ran pacwhiz galaxian i admit to replaying at 800 - 1000%
i usually play at normal speed
maybe sometime i will let it run all day
great , he reaches 120k on first man, another X soon after
gameover at 260,ooo frames
i could tell as soon as i booted up
the 362k game that dude's timing was most excellent
as alessandro pointed out in the other thread.

thinking about some things
has anyone continued a game
from someones replay if the
end of playback
box appears before a timer for continue
counter is finished counting down?
tried practicing the lazarian boss
no safe spots
yet...
boy, i must be bored
.
also anyone taken a rom and unzipped it in order to fix it?
looking inside shollow & solarfox roms to see if same era bally/midway roms could change the color or something else that might alter the game.

Weird you had problems with my xwolf104 inps - the binary I'm using is always the same... what gives :?:

And I always play them back before uploading... unless I've been too drowsy at times given the hour 8O

Do also my 95500 at galmidwo and 81100 at galaxian turn out to be problematic ?

Thanks :D

[and yes, I did watch PacWhiz's replay at normal speed, from start to end. Uncanny at times]

that is the task i am setting about to do at the moment it is at 25k while i write this , minimized . the .inp measures 9.11mb
hey wait a minute serious i think its your replay final score was 81,110. twelve thousand on first ship. date on it is JAN.13 or 20? (NAMCO set 1)
Hey, i am getting confused by all the galaxian replays.
I did catch your 53,000 bootleg version .inp at 100% speed .
the gameplay of the aliens is advanced and difficult, good work.
the reason i am repling is because as skito or JTC pointed out a while back,
the 362k game of pACWHIZ IS STILL AT MARP BUT WHERE I DO NOT KNOW SO..p.s. i am watching it at 100% speed after i log off
the later 500,000 game will wait
in my opinion he should have went with (Namco set 2)

81110 is my galaxian score from Jan 13, yup.

I've also watched the new 570K+ score by PacWhiz... 269K+ on first ship... =D>
And it's true that a couple of deaths were relatively silly, compared to the hat-tricks he's usually pulling.

I played galaxbsf with SDLmame122, but with volume levels down to zero to avoid the audio lag issue on Fedora 8 - turns out to work much better until I get audio fixed; this also proves that xwolf104 isn't inherently better, but that I just get sidetracked by "bad" audio

Haven't watched your 43120 inp yet - will get to it though.

Oh - there's yet another 8O

Will have at it next week... in the meantime I slashed my previous galaxbsf score with an excellent first ship at 70K+ ! And of course I chicken out every time I see the 100K approaching

Yup, I was really in the zone on that last ship and when I finally did lose it it was such a stupid loss as well..... but then I was feeling a little guilty as my wife had been waiting "a while" for me to "just finish my last ship" so we could watch CSI together.... she probably won't make that mistake again!!

Yeah, outstanding play - 7k with two ships. My eyes were burning and I couldn't see straight :?

Oh well. I haven't had too much time to play these last days, but I managed to squeeze another 100k+ on galap1 - play is far inferior to the galaxiaj first ships though, I'm just trying to survive...

Trying to find my way among the 2nd tier of players - there's PacWhiz and the 200k'ers, then it's a bunch of good ones :)
