doesn't seem to start, the inp appears to have some autofire possibilities but i can't verify anything untill i can actually get it to playback :) Sexyparo was introduced into mame at mame67 and the inp frames are 40 bytes so it can't be too much higher of a version if the version was misinterpreted.
