No, I'll still be mailing it with the U.S. Postal Service, it's just that they provide free materials for use with their premium services, but that material cannot be used for any other class of mailing. Since I had it in a Global Priority envelope I couldn't mail it any other way. I have to repackage it. I should be able to mail it tomorrow. Argentina is the first country I have tried to ship to that doesn't do Global Priority.
