Deleted a ton of inactive users

Thanks to some prodding from GB9, I got around to deleting all of the users with no posts and no login activity.
I apologize if this hit any actual accounts, but I think that should have been kept to a minimum since anyone using it has probably logged in at least once.Deleted rows: 1892 (Query took 0.1573 sec)
