Plays back to 17,300 no matter what I try.
This title does appear to be affected by the .63 bug in .78, but this recording plays to 17,300 from both sets.

This is normal that is doesn't work because "rtm" strikes.

Playback fine to 333590.
Win98SE, sound on, frameskip 0.
I confirm it.
EDIT
One moment ago I use frameskip 11 and throttleand sound off for fastest playback and works fine too - score 333590.
Initials at end are ROB.
