Hello,
can anyone tell me how I can "video-capture" a Mame-game ? Meaning I want to produce a "mpg", motion-gif, or other "video"-kind of file during game-play ( or when replaying an INP ). It is meant only for very short game-sequences...
thanks to everyone who can point me in the right direction...
kind regards,
J.

You could use MAME's MNG recording function. Shift-F12 is the default, from memory.

This is something which debuted in a .99 update and is not in WolfMAME yet, correct?

I'm not exactly sure what version it was added, but possibly.
But MAME32 is always updated for each source update.
