Both lose sync. Phil's scores 100,500 (stage 1), and Gerhard's 426,000 (stage 5).
This system's hardware is nothing special or complex, and there is nothing in the driver that stands out that could cause desyncing.

Neither of them work for me.

i'll be the third for phil's. haven't tried gerhards yet but i suspect it won't work either. Especially since phil's always playedback differently out of sync.

Well, I had tested playback on my previous recording (402k if I remember correctly) and it was working well;
I will test this one tonight (at work for now)

Back at home ; I've made several tests, ALL my inputs playback well on my PC (including the 769500), I do nothing special when recording/playbacking.
I post there another one, always with wolf96u1 ; let me know if this is same stuff for you, we must find what's wrong, this game is VERY VERY good.
At least the fact that JTC could play back my 769500 is a good point

This one desync at 787500
Maybe using frameskip 0 ?
or no sound ?
we must do tests before going on on this one

if playback stoped at 1236000, you should not be uploading the score as 1656000. still can't get any of these to playback right, even phil's, tried differe oses. maybe try recording with out sound?

I've tried to record without sound, and I got a crash !!
See message error in the snap/zip file

I can't find any way of recording this game in a way that will playback every time.
Without sound, it crashes when you insert a coin.
Frameskip 0 helps, but loses sync sooner or later.
Too bad on a fun game. I have removed my score and hope that future mame releases will fix the problem.

at this point even phil's recording only has 2 people that can play it back himself and jtc, so all torus recordings are subject for dquness.

For sure, Chad ; but do you have any idea of what is this crap ? : it's ok when you play with sound on, and the game crashes when you play with -nosound

it does suck, i was hoping barry would come through with a well placed mame_rand() but by now i'm assuming he didn't find a quick fix. Just another broken recordable game, haven't actually had a new one of these in a while.

Two years after, I would like to do more tests, this time with wolf120.
Personally, I've played several games today, and all playback perfectly for me.
Can somebody test this one :
