Rodland is actually 2 games: there is a hidden set of stages
accessed by a command at the title screen. Should we treat them
as 2 games?

I can clear the basic game in one credit in the arcade or on
RAINE, but MAME isn't running quickly enough on my PC
to be playable. ("-flameskip 11" is too skippy and makes
me sick, and I don't want to play it otherwise with too
much slowdown ...) If I find a solution to this problem,
I'll upload an INP ...
