Does not playback. Loses syncs early on stage 1. MAME 0.61.
Also, if this is really a MAME 0.61 inp, then it should be moved to mshu.

this appears to playback with or with out sound (using cli mame61) to the advertised score (using xp), starts off ok even with and nvram file.

Fails for me with the same setup (WinXP, 0.61 CLI, sound on, no NVRAM)... maybe I'll check again later or something.
