Can MAME-Plus run the playbacks?

I ask because this is the version I now use and, naturally, would like the inp files to work on it for conveniance sake!

I have noted, though, that MamePlus does not come with an 'inp' folder suggesting it doesn't cater for recordings/playbacks....

No version of MAME needs to "come with an inp folder." MAME creates folders as needed, MAME Plus should be no different.

Also, it's strongly recommended that you use WolfMAME Plus for producing recordings for MARP. It is based on MAME Plus, too.
