Can anyone replay it?
http://marp.retrogames.com/inp/9/6/f/lj ... wolf79.zip

I can replay withouth problems with wolfmame79 in Windows Xp (the inp has no special settings), but one friend can`t replay it. I think that this is a good score (and lond gameplay) and I wan´t play it again.

Regards

Then, what´s the problem with this inp?
Can you start it (i have not nvram files nor cfg files)? Or it desyncs? Or what?

I've no special settings. Is a problem with 79 version or with wolf79 or what? What a fuc***!!! I play the game more than 3 hours!!!!!

My config files:

Mame.ini

Any other file needed for wolfmame32.79???

i tried with this ini file and i got slightly different but pretty much the same 20k result, are there any options you are using to playback the recording? -nosound (even though i've already tried with -nosound and without), or another that might be different than default?

Sorry, i've made lots of recordings that playedback for me once and never again so it's not good to put up recordings that don't playback in general. It is strange that you can always play this recording back (if you've tried more than once), there might be an option or another mame bug that we may figure out later, but for now that's three people who can't and none who can so we have to zero untill two people can play it back besides you.

I think that you can not start the inp. I playback it and get an score of 20k. An inp file of 40 MB that only playbacks to 20k???

The problem is in MAME. If you make an inp of multchmp in 79 version (wolfmame or mame32 at least) it replays wrong.

An 3 hour inp to the garbage arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

PD. Special rule for this game, please!!!

Hehehe...(sucking smile in...slap on the cheek) ...nooo, feel sorry for your good effort.
You could post here test-inp made with different version before next semi-marathon :?

A lesson to be learned. You learned the lesson the hard way. Always make a short test inp before making marathon scores and confirm that nvram is not somehow being recreated. You don't want to be thinking halfway into your game "I hope this inp plays back". Save yourself the worry and do a pre-marathon test inp. :).

In other versions there were no problems with this game, so I expect that nothing rare happens (that already do). Plus, I make a try and the replay works fine (an score of 30k)

So, I can make a best score than those 680.000 points, but: When??? With which version??? :?:

Not for the moment

it may not be the mame version but the game itself, all the other recordings are older versions and playback fine but they also don't go so far as you, could it be it's using rand and not mame_rand() ?

After a quick look, I found no use of rand() in the esd16 driver.

Then, it must be the mame version...

Any of the recent changes in .79 (Aarons's core change)???
