In fact I read somewhere here than non Alpha inp aren't blocked anymore. So the real drn score of 398148 must be back, no ?

the recs that are blocked will still be blocked we didn't overturn the rule we just aren't blocking any new recordings. Those are the times i get for oz's recording, i'm too tired to do the math right now to convert to points.
