Why isn't there a mame32 35rc1?

Well now I'll assume you're relatively new to Mame as well as MARP.

Mame32 has always come out a couple of days after the latest DOS Mame
is released. I guess they have to massage all the new changes into
the Win32 version. Sometimes it's been known to take a couple of
weeks or indeed for Mame32 to skip some releases. Have no fear they
will release it eventually - thank goodnes because it runs a whole
lot better under WinNT than DOS Mame does...... )
