Sorry dunno what happened there ????

Seems all my other INP's have been ok.

I use alphamame32, but that shouldn't make any difference.

I have retested my 129700 score and it plays back fine for me.

I have no nvram file, I have no idea what the problem is ?

Screen shot attached.

Oh well it's not my personal best, so I will beat it one day, hope it works next time.

edit
I'm going to beat you diabolik :)
I think I might pick on few more of your scores, the "marathonable" remark you made about Stratovox when you beat my score there really set me off. Now I'm going to claim your place in the top 10 :D

rat, are you using sound? if so what audio setting? are you using frameskip? if so what frameskip?

perhaps this is one of those games that are picky about those aspects for inp playback.

Sharing your settings you are using for playback would help others possibly confirm it.

If you used automatic frameskipping I don't recommend that at all as then you don't have a clear frameskip value that someone else can have the same value for those picky games to playback.

Yeah i used auto frameskip, I always do but if it starts causing a problem them I will change that.

I have sound on sample rate 44100, playing without sound is lame.

Does that help ?

You mean in dkongo? That shouldn't be too hard :)

You are evil! :) Always nice to have some competition though. But you can bet your ass I won't let you beat my scores without a fight! I'm currently working on that gteikoku #1 score of yours, should be just a matter of hours before your #1 score is beaten! :D

How about if i team up with Rat to put an end to your conquests :?:
Seriously though, i think you are a main contender.(skillful)Nemesis
I confirmed Spacfura score of 52k or 53k but actually should be 58090.
Edit it if you want for a few points.
Not many people play old classics anymore  pity...

Thanks for the compliments, but I don't really consider myself that good of a player.

I changed the score, could you confirm it again?

Yes that helps, but I would stop using auto frameskip. Auto frameskip if frameskip is anything other than 0 throughout the entire inp will result in a dynamically changing frameskip that still might playback fine for you cuz it's the same system etc. so performance on playback would match what it was when you recorded.

That isn't the same when someone else views it. I have no idea if that rom set/game is one of the picky ones, but I have come across enough of them that no way I would use auto frameskip.

As also pointed out using a manual frameskip instead of auto frameskip actually helps performance a little bit. With auto on some code is used on each game tic/frame to calculate if the current frameskip is good enough or if it should be decreased or increased.

Now if dkongo is a game where turning off your speed throttle makes it play at 300+%, then odds are even with auto frameskip on it would always be "0" so no problems would occur then.

However, given the inp seems to playback fine for you but not for others it's very possible this is one of the picky games where using a manual frameskip at whatever value you need to always be at 90+% speed would allow others to view it just fine also.

It might be a problem with the samples, are you using them?
