rpatrolb-score correction needed

Score submitted by Tech-D.jp is 1,153,160 which happens to match the previous #1 score.
However, on playing this for confirmation it actually plays back to
1,193,900.
It's also clear from the inp that once the player had completed a round and had the top score he just ended the game cuz he just suicided his last 2 boats versus continuing to play.
I have a feeling he had written down that old top score and when he submitted he just accidentally copied that into his submission score. hehe The way that game scores the odds of having same score are quite remote to start with.
Anyway, once fixed I can confirm.
