What Is "Defcon=6" ?

I've noticed some people start out their posts with something like "Defcon=5". What does this mean ?

It is also Hisas way of telling us how glad/angry he is when responding to a post.. rather pathetic in my humble opinion.

my interpetation of it as a flame level, so you can know when he's ready and raring for a flame fight (1) or innocently posting game stuff (7) that some of us appriciate at least until someone else starts an argument with him.

In summary Novice/Hisa is at DEFCON 1 most of the time.
