Twin Cobra - play it in beta 3, not beta 2

Twin Cobra actually has helicoptors in 0.35 beta 3, allowing you
to score lots more points than was possible in beta 2.

I'm writing this 'cos I noticed that Steve K uploaded recordings made with beta 2 just last night.

Incidentally, http://members.tripod.com/damez_2/files/mame32-35b3.EXE is an *unofficial* MAME32 beta 3. I'm not accepting recordings made with it, but if they play back in the DOS version, then who will ever know???
