Hi and .inp packs

Hi, i have two requests:
a) its possible to build a hi pack, so you have marp scores directly on the game?
b) its possible to update the .inp files and build an Inp to use with latest mame beta?

help with inp files section on this board. There are two very good
responses explaining why it would require too much work.
