the 32,000 vaz score does not even start for me
my 37,000 score goes to 6600 as bea said
my new entry was actually 32,910
goes to 20250 without nvram
with default nvram it goes to 20010?
something like that
recorded a half dozen .inp files
and this was the only one with a near decent total.

You see what happens, I bring an unplayed rom in the index board, and create a new competition in it.
Otherwise it would remain forgotten.
DEFCON7

marperlike style than marpers.
you can enjoy by your any method unless cheat.

I could make only eight replays for these 10years.
but here is fun.

No, only a few of them are "very Cheap".
Many of players here, even mods, have uploaded such inps.

DEFCON=7
I have to agree.

then beat my cheap scores.
If you finish all 9 stages without any die at dragon saber.
even if no-life no-remain no-extra setteing, over million points is not difficult.
required only 9 hearts.

at Japanese version, 2 million is easy.( for non-cheap players.)

i have been trying to watch your replays on dspirit and dsaber for about 2 years or so...
the emulator 37 beta 15 is difficult to use on some operating systems
also nvram is an issue in these namco titles.
was able to watch
http://replay.marpirc.net/inp/b/2/9/ms_ ... m37b15.zip
after the epilogue , player hit esc. and i entered my initials :)
will check to see if your dpirit.inp works today. 796,000
anyhow, the dsaber game is the one i can't seem to get to play
can anyone else get it to work?
would love for someone to post a picture
or better yet put the dsaber.nv file here after the 1166300 score.
because it only plays back to 32,000 for me

You mean you are the 5th.Four people were awaiting since last July.

Last July Tar also posted a not working replay in "dsaber", which was immediately deleted. I wonder why Vaz had to wait 9 months before his deletion.

A simple "Thanks" would have sufficed, rather than taking yet another dig that things aren't always immediate.

Thanks for what, its not a personal matter.
If someone has to receive a "thanks" this is me, because I pointed out a problem and helped the fair competition.

Thanks to someone for finally doing something about the score! It's a simple manner of common courtesy. I was merely trying to point out that a simple "Thanks for DQing the score that doesn't playback" would be more appreciated by the person/people who did the eventual DQing, than having a dig at them for it taking some time to happen, or that there may be more than three who already checked. This sort of common courtesy may also motivate people to be more interested in looking into games that have playback issues. Certainly its more likely to come across in a positive manner than putting in a snarky comment about how long that score took to DQ.

Cheers,
BeeJay.

Further, looking through the history of this thread you and Giro-X are the only two that had the 5900 total when attempting to playback the recording. Tar couldn't even get it to start, so maybe that could have been considered a 3rd failure but we don't normally include when people can't even get it to start unless everyone can't even get it to start. As far as I can see Phil was the 3rd person to also get the 5900 total, so I'm not sure where the 4 other people you quoted comes from in this thread, which is what Phil was no doubt referencing. Was there another thread or similar you're referencing to get the total of 5 people including Phil who replayed to the 5900 total?

Cheers,
BeeJay.

DEFCON=7
just my tiny opinion.

it is not important matter whatever 32k is right or not for human beings.
kind confirmers will correct wrong scores.

first, finish the game.
at dragon saber, the poorest finishers score will be higher than the maximum unfinher.
225000 (and 200000 for each remaining.)bonus is huge enough.

Good luck all.

Not important in term of score, but important as it shows that (again) we have playback problems with recent versions, where old version like 0.106 works perfectly (as far as I have tested).
I've also tried to play with newer parent, got 43900 but only playbacks to 33k
