Request for additional Galaga tracks

Post by thegalagaking »

I'd like to request (or perhaps we can start a vote here?) that MARP track the Galaga Fast-Fire variance on both the Ms Pacman/Galaga Class of 1981 and Pacman 25th Anniversary Edition roms.

I would also love to see MARP track the original Galaga, 31-stage variance on the Ms Pacman/Galaga Class of 1981 roms.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

"galaga-fast" is still there from a long time now.
But I'm not sure Pat (or others) will want to split what you want, as I remember that all the pacman-fast entries has been archived

I do believe he is referring to the anniversary versions of these games - 20pacgal and 25pacman

I know.
I just say -fast option has been archived for all pacman-types (hangly, hangly2, hangly3, joyman, jrpacman, mspacman & clones, newpuck, pacgal, pacheart, pacmod, pacplus, piranha ...)
It has been decided for some reason, I don't remember why.
Not sure it would be coherent to allow -fast with galaga (even if I'm aware it's probably 2 different gameplays).

As Stephen said, maybe it deserves a vote ?

I seem to remember that fast fire was separated into a separate ROMset, as that's what it was, a ROM hack.
