I found out that I am not able to launch the game. Tron (set 1) was playbacked/confirmed by me, Tron (set 3) was playbacked/confirmed by Barry, Tron (set 4) was playbacked/confirmed by Chad. I wondered how it was possible that only Tron (set 2) couldn't be played and discovered this from mameinfo.dat
Doesn't explain me how I could still playback the 0.106 tron with the 0.156 tron romset, but explains the first issue.WIP:
- 0.128u4: Tim Lindquist added dates to Tron revisions. Swapped tron/tron2 now that we know tron2 is the later version. Changed clone '(set 2)' to parent 'Tron (8/9)', 'Tron (set 1)' to clone 'Tron (6/25)', 'Tron (set 3)' to 'Tron (6/17)' and 'Tron (set 4)' to 'Tron (6/15)'. Renamed (tron) to (tron2) and (tron2) to (tron).
So, even if we manage to playback Colman's score, is it a "tron2" score or a "tron" score? Usually when a romset name is changed, then the recordings sent to MARP also are moved (see arkretrn scores passed to arkretrnj as World version was added - that's an example).
