Looks like there's been playbackability issues with this game since it's been available. Does seem to go out of sync in first area, but difficult to tell as the inp will make game progress after the desynching occurs.

Also desyncs for me at first area.
Same for Schindler's input.
Note that I can playback correctly my 253 made with wolf137.

I get 256 on your (Phil's) recording, but maybe you missed the last 3 points. Still that recording may end before the desynching problems begin. Though maybe simpsons99 can try again with an earlier later wolf version like wolf137 that might not have an issue?

Yes you're right, I get 256 too.
I will try to improve to see if it still playbacks.

I've been able to playback the 668 recording by the same user but not this one, this one goes out of sync and dies leaving a last score of 880.

might as well throw up this one

which i only get around 245 for. Looks like mame's got a broken inp stream here for this game if it cant read back the inps that were made, desynching at random locations. one more to reset saulonp's score to 880, two more to reset sampsons99's score to 245.

well this is clearly not just a problem with the brapboysj romset, it's happening in the parent brapboys too. It's just been harder to tell since recordings were usually shorter what with the 2 lives instead of 5.

http://replay.marpirc.net/inp/9/2/6/bea ... olf142.zip
playsback to 149

http://replay.marpirc.net/inp/2/d/6/snp ... olf142.zip
playsback to 26

http://replay.marpirc.net/inp/1/1/f/sch ... olf140.zip
playsback to 114

Phil's recording did successfully playback to 256. It may have been luck (saulonpb has had one recording play all the way back to 660?), I tried making a test recording with wolf107 and it went out of sync quickly. I tried wolf135 too (probably the oldest version where the game works properly) and it also went out of sync.

Unless somebody finds some trick to getting recordings to playback all the way, this game seems broken for playback and I would urge players not to keep uploading recordings unless you are certain they playback. Test your recordings before uploading them.
