I'm confused by this posting.. This was posting on a score above mine.

Was this post for me or them?

Since you think you are getting an unfair treatment I'm going to confirm this recording and allow you to break the rules because it playsback with a nvram file created after you try to playback this recording unsuccessfully (though correctly) with out an nvram file. But you should start removing the nvram directory/files before recording or you might make defunct recordings at the most inoportune time, when you are getting a new personal best, and then will be unable to play it back even with a default nvram file.]

Btw i don'nt this removing the nvram for the game i'm playing before i play..

It just makes another one and have too remove it again.
If you have a FB Account I'm Brian Allen
On KLOV and other sites I'm Simpsons99

it was primarily for saulonpb, since that's who's description is affected by it. But removing nvram is for everyone. It's sad that the mame we use (wolfmame) doesn't do this for us automatically, but with the batch script it does. You must make sure there is no nvram\gamename.nv file available before recording anygame. Many games don't use it so you don't have to worry about it, but many do so you should always del nvram\gamename.nv before recording and of course playing back. If you want to actually view the recordings at marp, your playback commands must also del nvram\gamename.nv before playing back (or just negate the nvram directory like Phil mentioned earlier.)

Simpsons99 your recording playedback fine with out nvram although sometimes if the game doesn't get far it doesn't get out of sync having or not having the nvram file available. But nothing in the message was directed specifically for you.
