1cc - default settings - Team Brazil [advertised 273560, unable to play this back, starts with different cpu opponents with -bios 1,2,3 choices but never wins a round. -skito]
It pb'ed correctly here using GUI's Japan MVS (Ver.3) BIOS (-bios 5?), Win XP 32.

Yes, it also playbacks correctly for me with -bios 5.
