AIVA has pleasure in officially announcing the beginning of MEMORIAL ASW, a contest to honour our Friend Sergio Tellini, who is no more between us.
We thank sincerely all the gamers that will enter and we rememeber that the spirit of the contest is just for partecipation and for remembering Sergio, so everyone is invited to upload at least one in, no matter if it’s good or not.
We remember that also Sergio was a Marper ...

REGULATION:

It’s allowed to use only Wolfmame 101 (only for Track'n'field also Wolfmame 95), the performances with other emulators won’t be validated.
The replay of the single game must be zipped and attached in one post to send in the topic dedicated to the game, that will be opened in the terms to see below.
The file zip must encluded INP and WLF files; these files must be named with the following syntax: name of the player, name of the game, score, wolfmame 101
Ex.: Marocco_trackfld_95940_wolf101.zip (.inp; .wlf).
The score will be validated only if the speed won’t be lower than 90 %.
The results can be uploaded during all the contest after the single game beginning but, considering the spirit of the tournament, is recommended to send the scores soon afterwards you get them.
To join ASW MEMORIAL is sufficient to send an inp before the end of the contest.

THE GAMES:

* TRACK’N’FIELD (rom: trackfld.zip)
[only one loop]

* OUT RUN (rom: outrun.zip)
[only for score and not for racing time]
* LEGEND OF HERO TONMA (rom: loht.zip)

The game will be played one for time within following terms:
1) Track’n’field (from 00.00 of 8th December 2006 till 23.59 of 17th December 2006)
2) Out Run (from 00.00 of 18th December 2006 till 23.59 of 27th December 2006)
3) Legend of Hero Tonma (from 00.00 of 28th December 2006 till 23.59 of 6th January 2007)

The terms are based on the Italian hour, it’s considered the moment in which is sended the post.
The score system in based on MotoGP: 25 pts for the first place, then gradually 20, 16, 13, 11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
For every game there will be a scoreboard, the winner of the contest will be the one who will get more points in the 3 games
It isn’t obligatory to play all gams, you’ll enter the scoreboard also playing one game only.

Here's my inp -fs 0

One hour of play, and somehow I could run 7,72 at 100m. Usually it takes even days to get my fingers so fast. Messed up big time hammer and highjump. 110m is also run by fingers only(9,97).
What's my rank with this inp? How much is 1st place?

Somehow I can't get 1484 speed at hammer, strange.

Might get back to this after first snooker session. Go Hendry!!!!!!

Hi TJT, there has been a little misunderstanding. Posting a replay was intended to be done in the principal "Memorial ASW" topic, http://arcade-extreme.forumfree.net/?t=12614287, not here, or at least not only here.
We accept your TnF recording above, but next submission should be done in the linked topic.
This topic was intended to be a reminder for all Marpers.

Concerning OutRun, we want to play it the way Sergio ASW used to play it in nineties. That means with boost start and offroad trick allowed.
Hope this won't be a problem

Obviously none of those replays will ever be submitted to MARP, because they would all be against the special-rule

Offroad trick is allowed at MARP with parent romset outrun.zip. Not allowed with clones. What is a boost start?
